Terms of Service

You must create an account to use Orisu. You can register with an email and password or by signing in with a third-party provider such as Google. When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile — your name, email address, and profile picture — only to create and identify your account; see our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Organizations allow multiple users to collaborate under a shared billing entity. Organization owners are responsible for managing member access and for all charges incurred by their organization. You may belong to multiple organizations.

Credit system: Orisu uses a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when you execute pipelines and AI generation tasks. The credit cost of each operation is shown before execution.

Subscription plans: Subscription plans include a recurring allotment of credits each billing cycle. Subscription credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle. Unused subscription credits at the end of a cycle are forfeited and are not refunded.

Credit top-ups: You may purchase additional credits (“purchased credits”) at any time. Purchased credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely. See our Refund Policy for details.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing for plans and credits. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes affecting their current plan.

You agree not to abuse or circumvent the platform, including but not limited to: automating requests in ways that exceed reasonable personal or organizational use, attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, or exploiting bugs or pricing errors.

Rate limits apply to all accounts and organizations. Excessive usage that degrades service for others may result in throttling or suspension.

Your content: You retain ownership of the content you create using Orisu, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models and third-party providers used to generate it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party licenses.

Our platform: Orisu, its codebase, design, trademarks, logos, and all platform infrastructure are owned by Orisu and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself.

You agree not to use Orisu to generate content that:

• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions of affected parties
• Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
• Harasses, defames, or threatens specific individuals
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@orisu.ai; see our Privacy Policy for how we action such requests. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Upon termination, access to the Service ceases. Handling of remaining credits is governed by our Refund Policy.
