Credit Refunds for Failed Runs
When a pipeline run fails due to a platform error (not user error or invalid input), we handle credits as follows:
- Completed nodes: Credits consumed by nodes that successfully completed before the failure are non-refundable, as those operations were carried out.
- Failed or skipped nodes: Credits reserved for nodes that did not execute — or that failed due to a platform-side error — are automatically returned to your account, typically within minutes.
If you believe a credit refund was not issued correctly, contact us at hello@orisu.ai with your run ID.
Subscription Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access and credits until then.
- No prorated refunds: We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period after cancellation.
- Subscription credits reset: Subscription credits are valid for the current billing cycle only. Unused subscription credits at the end of a cycle are forfeited and are not refunded.
Purchased Credit Refunds
Credits purchased as one-time top-ups are non-refundable once added to your account. They are not tied to a subscription period and never expire — they remain available until used, regardless of subscription status.
We make an exception for billing errors (see below) and cases where Orisu is unable to provide the Service.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — contact us at hello@orisu.ai within 30 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund if a billing error is confirmed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue:
- Email hello@orisu.ai with your account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant run IDs or invoice numbers.
- Use the billing portal accessible from your account settings to manage your subscription and view invoices.
We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 2 business days.
