## Prompt

- Model: Seedance 2.0

```text
Cinematic 15-second video showing a young person in a dark room scrolling endlessly on their phone, bored and distracted, soft blue light from the screen lighting their face, slow motion, realistic style.
Scene transitions with a glitch effect into a repetitive 9-5 routine, tired expression, dull colors, feeling of burnout.
Suddenly the scene shifts with a digital glitch into a brighter modern workspace, same person now focused, using AI tools on a laptop, fast typing, screens showing creative work, clean aesthetic, warm lighting.
Final shot shows the person calm, confident, slight smile, looking at progress on screen.
Text overlay: “Some are still scrolling… some are building.”
Ultra realistic, cinematic lighting, smooth transitions, shallow depth of field, 4K quality.
```
