## Prompt

- Model: Seedance 2.5

```text
A fighter trains alone before dawn in an empty industrial gym. Rain hits the windows, fluorescent lights flicker, and sweat drips onto the concrete floor. Heavy bag, jump rope, shadowboxing, push-ups, breath, repetition.
At the 2-second mark, the montage intensifies. The camera moves through rapid cinematic fragments: fists hitting the bag, feet skipping rope, hands wrapping tape, water splashing on the face, muscles trembling during the final rep.
The mood becomes emotional and powerful, showing discipline, pain, and focus without dialogue. The fighter stops in front of a mirror, exhausted but ready.
Final moment: he turns off the gym lights and walks into the morning rain.
Gritty sports cinema, training intensity, sweat, rain, determination, 4K.
```
